Get ready for a delicious haggis lunch and live haggis-making demonstration. First, we'll begin with a cup of tea or coffee served with Scottish shortbread. Then get ready to dive into the work of haggis 


 What to expect:

  • Discover the myths and legends that surround haggis 
  • Watch the making of a traditional haggis by a master Haggis Maker. 
  • Learn how to perfect the traditional accompaniments to haggis. 

 We'll also chat about why haggis is linked to Rabbie Burns, Scotland's national poet. Your experience will finish with a delicious lunch featuring fresh Scottish haggis and all the classic trimmings.

Traditional haggis or Macsween vegetarian haggis served with tasty mashed potatoes and peppery swedes, also known as "neeps and tatties".

If you do not have a car, it is difficult to get here as there are limited public transport options to the farm. 


Meeting point 


Your guide will meet you at the Bothy (workshop) at Glenside Farm. Once at the car park, look out for a friendly face wearing a kilt and Haggis Experience t-shirt.

For your enjoyment and safety, groups are small and personal - so a maximum of 20 guests per meal, plus a friendly guide 

Aprons and plastic gloves are provided.
